I show you how to eat right so you can live your best life while being the caregiver for your family. We as parents are the leaders of our family and also lead by example. If you are not eating the right foods and don’t feel well, then most likely, so is your family. Children learn by example. In the long run, if you start eating healthier and set that example, they may end up following what you’re doing. Children usually eat what is put in front of them. The time is now to give them that chance to be healthier as well, so their health does not head in a downward spiral. The BIG Question that gets me emotional: What is the legacy that you’re going to pass on to your children?
